To ensure the desired treatments and preferred times can be reserved for you, we recommend booking all treatments before your arrival.

Take your time
To fully enjoy your treatment, please arrive about 5 minutes before the session begins. In case of delays, we will have to reduce the treatment time to accommodate the next guests.
Health
Please inform us in advance of any health issues or limitations that need to be considered for your treatments.
Cancellations
It's a pity an appointment is cancelled when other guests would have liked to attend. In case of late cancellations (less than 12 hours in advance), we will charge 50% of the treatment price.
Attire
Please arrive at the treatments in a bathrobe, with slippers, and without jewellery.
