INFORMATION:

A local tourist tax of €2.90 per person per night applies to all guests aged 14 and older. This tax is not included in the total stay price.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code - however, we grant the following cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: Only the deposit is retained, but it can be used for a new booking within 12 months.
• Cancellation from 13 to 8 days before arrival: The deposit is retained and cannot be reused.
• Cancellation from 7 days before arrival or no-show: 70% of the total agreed price minus the deposit already paid.
• In case of early departure or late arrival: 70% of the agreed daily price for each unused day (we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance).
